Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Arrange and oversee international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and format executive-level presentations and documents.
- Act as a trusted liaison, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Organize meetings, events, and special projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and international travel.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in creating and editing high-impact presentations.
- Professional Competencies: Strong business judgment and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and critical-thinking skills.
