Description: We areseekinga proactive,resourceful, anddetail-oriented ExecutiveAssistantto join our team on a 6-monthcontract.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-dayCEOoperations, with a strong focus on calendar management, event coordination, and general office support.This is a dynamic and highly visible role whereyou’llbe a key partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to broader strategic initiatives. ContractDuration : 6-9 Months beginning November 2025. Potential forfull-timeemployment at the end of the contract based on businessneed. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive administrativeassistanceto the CEO, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, document creation, and complex domestic and global travel arrangements. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executive leadershipteam, ensuringalignment and streamlined communication. Manage theCEO’sprofessional and personal calendarand provide event support,liaisingwith family members as needed. Filter and prioritize incoming requests, communications, and documents for the CEO with the utmost discretion. Plan and executeinternal and externalmeetings, leadership offsites,andindustry events, including communications, logisticalcomponentsand vendor coordination. Serveas aprimarypoint of contact for internal and external stakeholders,ensuringtimelyand professional responses. Develop agendas for key meetings, capture meeting notes, ensure distribution and follow-through on action items. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasksand other duties as assigned. Flexibility to be on site in Brooklyn, based on businesses needs and the schedule of the CEO. Requirements 3-5 years of administrative experience as an executive assistant or other support role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding ability to execute reliably and prioritize time and tasks. Resilience to navigate competing priorities and constant change. Incredibly proactive and able to work efficiently with little direction. Resourceful and agile in day-to-day work. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
