Job Description
Are you a highly skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work? Do you have a passion for the entertainment field? We are on the hunt for a creative, organized career EA to support the efforts of an innovative CEO managing a variety of administrative responsibilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO is always up to date and organized through flawless agile calendar management and heavy travel coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about being an Executive Assistant and eager to innovate/excel in their craft. We are looking for a candidate that is both approachable and dedicated to people while being extremely discreet.

Day-to-Day
Provide senior-level administrative support to Founder / CEO
Maintain / Manage executives calendar, act as a gatekeeper paying attention to company priorities, sensitive and urgent matters
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
Monitor and organize your executives inbox
Represent your executive at all times including coordinating with other executives and high-profile associates using a high level of discretion and diplomacy
Manage meeting agendas and take detailed meeting minutes
Take on special projects under your executives direction
Lite Personal Assistant duties as requested
Qualifications
3 years of Executive Assistant experience required
Must have experience in entertainment, music, tech startup or creative industries
