Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Sales and Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.   1. Must have a Florida 4-40 Customer Service license
  2. At least one (1) year of experience in Insurance Sales
  3. Able to work 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in our agency office located in Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

  • Base hourly wage rate depending on licensing and experience: $20 - $25 with FL 4-40 license; $25- $32 with FL 2-20 license

Requirements:

  • Prior minimum (1) year insurance sales experience
  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service License (required)
  • Florida 2-20 General Lines All Agency and Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Annuity are also desirable
