Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Equipment modifications or calibrations to assist in improved productivity.
- Identifying problem areas / troubleshooting issues
- Revising and implementing solutions.
- Documentation of process stops and updating data method sheets.
- Work with Design Engineers on new products and design changes.
- Supporting production in all areas to include:
- Equipment calibration & repair
- Testing and troubleshooting product
- Knowledge of how to use test chambers.
- Order production consumable materials
- Operation issues
- Facilities (Full site)
- Must be able to work independently on projects to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years working in a Manufacturing Environment as an Electrical Engineer.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a RF/Microwave or Electronics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with additional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Visio is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
