CCCS is expanding our services in Anaconda, Montana, with the opening of the STEP (Specialized Treatment Enhanced Program) an expansion of our START Program. Now Hiring: Behavioral Treatment Technicians Behavioral Treatment Technicians at the STEP Program provide security, transportation, recreation, and maintenance services as required by their position and program needs. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES High School diploma or equivalent and one-year experience working in a corrections, addictions treatment or other human service program/agency. Supervisory experience and experience working in a correctional or other human service type facility/program is preferred. Case Manager Responsible for providing support and guidance to the offenders while monitoring all aspects of participation in the STEP Program. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES A Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or appropriate Behavioral Science field. At least two (2) years case management or counseling experience in a correctional or human service type position Therapist Conduct individual and group therapy, perform risk assessments, and implement evidence-based treatment plans to reduce the risk of reoffending and support rehabilitation. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) Experience working in a correctional setting and with high-risk populations Salary is DOE.
