We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Technology team in one of our Boston office. You'll take on pre-existing accounts, giving you a solid starting point while offering plenty of room for growth. As we continue to build out our team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our future, fostering strong relationships in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
A day in the life:
Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts
Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily
Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs
Intake job order details from clients to learn about their preferences and qualifications and inform them of their responsibilities
Draft detailed job descriptions in database with attention to proper grammar, search optimization, and job marketing
Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to staffing team
Follow up on resume submissions to determine the status of the candidate moving forward in the interview process
Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process
Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed
About you:
3+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry in the tech space
Personable and enthusiastic with an aptitude for building relationships
Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
Strong motivation for personal growth and success
Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
Bachelor's Degree required
