About West Networks

West Networks is a leader in Peplink sales, deployment, and service. We pre‑configure, test, and package network devices at scale and run a streamlined RMA and distribution operation to support nationwide deployments.

The impact you'll make

You'll keep our Gainesville warehouse running with clockwork precision—receiving stock, prepping devices, and shipping anywhere from 5 to 200 packages on a given day—so field teams and customers get exactly what they need, on time.

What you'll do

  • Pick/Pack/Ship at scale: Execute same‑day shipments against a strict 3:00 PM daily cutoff; default to ground with signature required unless otherwise specified.
  • Device preparation: Stage and prep Peplink devices (labeling, asset tagging, basic firmware/QA checks) for direct‑to‑site deployments and installer kits.
  • Receiving & put‑away: Verify counts, condition, and documentation on all inbound shipments; reconcile variances in ERP.
  • Inventory control: Maintain bin locations, conduct cycle counts, and reduce variances; keep shelves/racks audit‑ready.
  • RMA logistics: Coordinate RMAs (serial capture, tracking, ticket updates) and bulk manufacturer returns per our process.
  • Freight coordination: Prepare LTL/FTL pickups for bulk moves and large site kits.
  • Documentation & communication: Ensure order references and tracking are attached to each order and distributed to the internal team per policy.
  • Safety & 5S: Keep aisles clear, packaging stations organized, and follow ESD/safety best practices.

Requirements

What you bring

  • Warehouse & logistics experience (2+ years) in a fast‑moving, multi‑carrier environment.
  • ERP proficiency (any modern system; e.g., NetSuite, Business Central, Odoo, or similar) and comfort with order, item, and inventory transactions.
  • Shipping systems experience (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS) and barcode scanners.
  • Organization & accuracy: Proven record meeting pick accuracy and on‑time ship KPIs.
  • Physical requirements: Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; operate pallet jacks; forklift a plus (certification preferred).
  • Microsoft 365 basics (Excel/Teams/Outlook) for labels, manifests, and team comms.
  • Background check required in line with company policy.

Nice to have

  • Experience prepping network hardware (routers/switches/APs) or other electronics (ESD handling).
  • LTL scheduling, freight claims, and crating experience.
  • Basic networking familiarity (serials/MACs, labeling conventions).

How we measure success (KPIs)

  • On‑time shipment rate (OTSR) vs. 3:00 PM cutoff.
  • Pick/pack accuracy and receiving accuracy.
  • Inventory cycle count variance.
  • RMA turnaround time and documentation completeness.
