Coordinate timely settlements with counterparties, custodians, and prime brokers
Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across credit portfolios
Book trades and investment activity with precision, adhering to internal controls and procedures
Partner closely with investment, treasury, and accounting teams to align operations with strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any major; strong analytical majors preferred)
1‑5 years in investment operations, fund accounting, or trade support; public credit or derivatives experience a plus
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reconciliation tools or trade booking systems
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability setting
Strong communication and learning agility; must read complex documents and ask smart questions
