About the Role As a Conference Producer, you will focus on shaping industry‑leading B2B conference programs through research and strategic content development. This role is centered on identifying emerging industry trends, designing compelling 2‑day agendas, and recruiting distinguished thought leaders to deliver high‑impact discussions. Your efforts will drive engagement, promote innovation, and contribute to the overall commercial success of each event. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with expertise in research and content strategy to create programs that advance key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute 2‑day B2B conference agendas, including research, speaker outreach and invitations, and full event management.
Travel primarily to Texas and Washington, DC to run ASI conferences, including providing opening introduction, speaker assistance and logistics support.
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key professionals and senior industry executives across the energy, infrastructure, and resource management sectors.
Conduct research via various channels to identify innovative conference topics, write program content and source industry leaders as speakers and panelists.
Develop in‑depth project briefs summarizing key research findings for the wider project team.
Work closely and communicate with other team members to ensure that the event is on track to achieve its marketing, sponsorship and financial targets.
Organize and lead the post‑conference debriefs where planning for the next iteration of the event begins.
