What You'll Be Responsible For Circle is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the Digital Assets team. The team is responsible for the issuance, distribution, and custody of assets that Circle issues (including USDC, EURC & USYC). Their role drives the strategy for assets Circle should issue or partner with, supporting our platform’s on‑chain economy and vision as a global financial platform company.

As a Principal Product Manager, Digital Assets, you will lead new product initiatives that drive distribution, adoption, and growth of our issued and partner assets through the web3 ecosystem. This includes collaborating with ecosystem developers, identifying emerging use cases, and shaping the product roadmap. Your work will bring together market insights, data analysis, and cross‑functional alignment to grow Circle’s suite of digital assets.

What You'll Work On

Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities where Circle can accelerate usage and adoption of its digital assets.

Translate ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives, defining and owning the product vision and roadmap to move products from 0 to 1.

Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high‑potential digital assets.

Stay at the forefront of emerging developments in the on‑chain asset issuance ecosystem.

Lead cross‑functional efforts across engineering, legal, data science, marketing, and business to ship new products to market.

What You’ll Bring To Circle

7+ years of product management experience, owning strategy for complex, commercial products.

2+ years building in crypto, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

2+ years of experience working in financial markets.

Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including DeFi, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products.

Strong technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science or engineering.

Highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.

Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and executive leaders.

Additional Experience for Principal Product Manager

All the requirements of a Lead Product Manager.

10+ years of product management experience, owning strategy for complex, commercial products.

Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers.

Compensation Base Pay Range: $187,500 – $240,000 per year (may vary by location).
