We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, leading, developing, and supporting our Nashville store retail team to meet and exceed sales goals. The role involves training staff, providing feedback, and elevating customer experience.

What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and training team members to uphold expert product knowledge, brand values, and unique visual aesthetic.

Lead the sales floor and drive desired store results through positive coaching and team accountability.

Display leadership and apply team development skills to cultivate a welcoming environment through detail-oriented, concierge-style service.

Connect with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and deliver an engaging customer experience.

Meet monthly personal selling goals and help the store team achieve daily store sales and KPI goals.

Grow a loyal customer database by providing a warm and welcoming brand experience, staying up-to-date with company initiatives and connecting with the local community.

Provide customers with sizing/fitting sessions and style guidance in line with our brand aesthetic.

Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and assisting in fitting rooms as needed.

Become a product expert by maintaining excellent product knowledge of current and incoming styles.

Represent the brand positively and contribute to our inclusive culture.

What You'll Need

A strong leader with 2+ years of management experience and 4+ years of retail experience.

A passion for customer experience, driving sales, local community, and fashion.

Proven customer service and sales skills with a strong track record of building loyal clientele.

A results-focused leader with a proven track record of team development and clear communication style.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Working knowledge of POS systems (KWI back office is a plus).

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 10 lbs, move freely on a ladder, and bend and reach as necessary.
