Floor Technician (Full Time)
ESFM® USA is seeking a Floor Technician for its San Diego location at 5775 Morehouse Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. This is a full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 5:00 pm‑1:30 am). Pay is $20.52 per hour. Online applications only.
Job Summary:
Maintain, restore, and operate industrial floor care equipment.
Perform floor maintenance on hard‑surface floors using stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and automated cleaning systems.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp‑surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Essential Functions:
Keep knowledge of floor maintenance principles and proper procedures.
Operate and maintain industrial floor care equipment.
Handle safety procedures and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
Ability to follow safety procedures.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
