Litigation Associate (2-4 yrs) - Premier Chicago Law Firm Former attorney connecting legal talent in Chicago About the Position: Our client, an established boutique law firm in Chicago, has an active need for a litigator (2-4 years of experience) to join its busy and entrepreneurial practice as a junior or mid-level associate. This law firm boasts a highly-regarded team of litigators with deep experience handling business and commercial matters in virtually every area of the law in federal and state courts (at both the trial and appellate court levels), as well as before governmental agencies.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre‑trial discovery through trial

Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

Counsel companies, across a variety of industries, in large, multi‑jurisdictional dispute proceedings

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of commercial litigation experience

Experience with middle‑market clients preferred

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000+.
