Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The PT/OT will provide evaluations, design treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, with the goal of maximizing their functional potential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, endurance, and safe mobility
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and transfer training, using evidence-based practices
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning
Qualifications
Current Washington State license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
Active CPR Certification
Experience in SNF or post-acute rehab setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
Familiarity with PDPM and MDS Section GG documentation is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
