Job Overview Our client is building out their Finance organization and looking for a sharp, motivated

Senior FP&A Analyst

who loves analysis, business partnering, and solving operational problems. This is a high-impact role with exposure to executive leadership and broad responsibilities from day one.

Perfect for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to move fast, own meaningful work, and grow into a future Finance Manager or FP&A Lead.

What You’ll Do

Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance analysis

Deliver KPI reporting and insights that influence decision‑making

Partner with department leaders to understand trends and improve results

Build financial models for revenue, OPEX, pricing, and strategic initiatives

Assist with board reporting, dashboards, and ad‑hoc deep dives

Help modernize FP&A tools, reporting, and processes

What You Bring

3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience

Strong Excel modeling and data analysis capability

Experience working with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and variance explanations

Clear communication skills and confidence working with leadership

A high‑upside, hungry‑to‑grow mindset—not someone who’s hit a plateau
