We are seeking a qualified Software Engineer III with experience in .NET development and proficiency in MSP scripting. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and data solutions that support our MSP framework. The suitable candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and experience in agile environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications leveraging advanced MSP scripting for automation, while designing and deploying APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Any-point Platform to implement robust, scalable, and secure connectivity across multiple mortgage technology platforms.

Implement and optimize data models, workflows, and business rules within MSP Scripting Solutions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, support for subsequent release testing, and peer reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MSP and .NET applications.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Implement and maintain monitoring and security controls for complex production applications, ensuring compliance with company standards and providing specialized support on demand.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.

In‑depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices.

Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.

Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices.

Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates, and interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and SQL Server.

Hands‑on experience with MSP scripting and configuration.

Solid understanding of data management principles and ETL processes.

Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory).

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to data governance and metadata management concepts.

Experience with MuleSoft integration platform, including designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Any-point Platform.
