The Partner - Consumer & Retail Consulting will lead growth of the consulting business across one or more strategic accounts by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities, and by creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and globally. The role reports into the Americas Head of Consumer Consulting. The role is expected to deliver growth across areas including AI for Consumer, Digital Supply Chain, Intelligent Store, Meaningful Omni-Channel Experience, Sales & Marketing, Modernization/IT Transformation. The leader will build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth, in collaboration with Global Account Executives and other leaders globally. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Growth: Define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic accounts; open new opportunities and expand Wipro’s client positioning; shape, lead, and drive transformation engagements with CXOs and internal teams; lead workshops to craft future-state roadmaps. Relationships: Build deep client relationships and industry connections to grow the consulting and advisory business. Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for CPG & Retail; create and refine solution showcases for demonstration across Wipro’s Technovation centres. Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme across activities; stay aligned to client goals. Branding: Strengthen Wipro’s market positioning and mindshare in the CPG & Retail ecosystem. Who we are looking for
Sell & Deliver Big-picture orientation with the ability to conceive strategies to drive growth. Entrepreneurial drive with a pragmatic, can-do attitude. Ability to construct effective, visually compelling presentation slides and present to audiences. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills with clients, partners, and internal teams. Proven track record in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and driving customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements. Experience in winning transformational and strategic consulting sales, with focus on account planning, business development, governance, delivery, and operations. Delivery and program-management expertise with distributed, multi-shore teams delivering sustained value. Ability to understand complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans and solutions. Driving Transformation
Ability to probe customers, uncover underlying problems, and shape challenges into structured problem statements. Experience defining transformation propositions and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for large enterprise clients, with expertise in CPG & Retail supply chain, e-commerce, omnichannel, store operations, merchandising, and planning. Advocate for Transformation to position Wipro as a strategic partner and champion for Digital Adoption and Digital Transformation. Influential internal change agent with gravitas and a business-building mindset. Ability to drive strategic execution, manage change, build client and partner relationships, motivate teams, and achieve results. Strong understanding of IT and digital technology applications in the Consumer & Retail industry; ownership in solution incubation and IP creation. Talent Management

Ability to engage with industry leaders and analysts on trends in the Americas; proposes solutions and investments in published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions, etc. Creates internal content and offerings (publications, blogs, whitepapers) and uses digital presence to enhance the Wipro brand. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. Final compensation depends on location, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
