Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory and cash control, and customer relations.
Set a strong example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Staff scheduling, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, and schedule adherence.
Maintain a perfect image, adhere to standards, deliver great customer service, and ensure attendance and punctuality.
Guarantee store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and transportation to/from work.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients properly.
Prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
Keep equipment and facility clean daily.
Complete required paperwork and participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Demonstrate strong communication skills—verbal, written, and over the phone.
Show excellent math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); make correct monetary change.
Possess strong motor coordination, ability to use a keyboard or touch screen, and good vision and hearing.
Work Conditions Work may involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperatures from 36°F to 90°F or above, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing and Temperament Good hearing for phone calls, near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot from cold surfaces are required. Strong leadership, stress tolerance, quality control, people skills, data analysis, and decision making are essential.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances; lifting and carrying up to 50 lb.
Carrying large cans (up to 3 lb) and pizza sauce (up to 30 lb).
Using dollies to push up to 7.5 lb; pulling and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
Additional Information Your schedule will include an opening shift of 9 am–8 pm or a closing shift of 4 pm until close. You’ll produce great products, meet Domino’s standards, and lead a motivated team. More details will be provided during the application process.
