Skillset / Experience:

The

Program Manager II

will own the end-to-end management and execution of global training and enablement programs, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, stakeholder partnership, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the quarterly training intake and prioritization process, ensuring alignment with overarching business priorities

Standardize request submission workflows and maintain a centralized global training calendar to prevent conflicts

Develop and manage multi-regional training schedules, including APAC, with careful consideration of global time zones

Partner closely with training requestors to define target audiences, learning objectives, session descriptions, and invitation plans

Ensure use of standardized content templates and integrate survey and attendance tracking into all training materials

Coordinate and lead pre-session preparation meetings to ensure smooth execution

Execute and manage live virtual training sessions via platforms such as Zoom, including facilitation of Q&A and real-time technical support

Oversee post-training follow-up, including survey distribution, session recordings, and stakeholder communications

Analyze attendance, engagement, and survey data to produce recurring and ad-hoc reports on program impact

Use insights and metrics to continuously improve training programs, operational processes, and delivery models

Required Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing complex, global training or enablement programs

Strong project management, organizational, and operational execution skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven stakeholder management experience

Advanced proficiency with virtual training and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom and similar tools)

Demonstrated ability to work across multiple regions and time zones

Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and using insights to guide program strategy

Nice-to-Have Skills

Advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities

Experience collaborating with cross-functional, multi-regional teams

Familiarity with scalable training delivery formats (live sessions, short-form video, hybrid models)

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field

Project Management certifications are a plus

Advanced degrees are preferred but not required
