What you’ll do (role purpose) As Senior Director, Growth Analytics, your mission is to deliver transformational business impact by optimizing growth levers across Kimberly-Clark. You will drive data‑informed decision making to optimize resource allocation across Kimberly‑Clark’s global brand portfolio grounded on understanding of the strategic, short and long‑term incrementality of growth levers (including creative, media mix, innovation, trade, and other growth investments). Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (global growth, marketing and finance executive leaders), championing a culture of analytical excellence and innovation. Your success will be defined by how your work optimizes investments in growth levers by prioritizing growth opportunities and evaluating ROI of investment opportunities and making recommendations to decision makers.
Responsibilities
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions through compelling storytelling and data‑driven recommendations – success is measured based on impact from decisions.
Ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes across allocation of growth investments – insights are actionable and embedded in decision‑making processes.
Drive the creation and deployment of predictive analytics tools leveraging AI to map trends based on consumer signals, inspiring the development of innovation and marketing campaigns.
Develop and deploy global demand forecasting tools to inform strategic planning process, including scenario planning based on consumer and marketplace trends.
Build and lead a high‑performing global insights team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence – this includes direct and indirect internal insights partners.
Lead external agency relationships and ensure best‑in‑class research capabilities and execution – we aspire to be the preferred partner of our insight’s agencies.
Professional Skills
Strategic Insights & Analytics Expertise: proven track record of financial impact by deploying analytical tools by optimizing resource allocations and/or prioritizing sources of growth.
Commercial Acumen & Business Impact: strong understanding of business drivers, P&L, and commercial strategy. Ability to connect insights into financial outcomes and influence senior stakeholders.
Expertise in applying analytical tools for decision making, including MMM, MTA, A/B testing, brand lift studies, brand equity tracking, social listening – with deep understanding of data sources and analytics vendors required across global markets.
Leadership & Team Development: proven ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse global teams.
Influence & Collaboration: exceptional communicator and influencer with a track record of building relationships across functions and geographies.
Digital & Advanced Analytics Fluency: comfortable with digital tools, data platforms, and emerging analytics techniques.
Global Experience & Cultural Fluency: proven track record of leading insights initiatives across international markets.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
15+ years of experience in management consulting, insights, marketing, analytics, or strategy roles within the CPG or related industries, including agencies/suppliers.
Proven success in leading global insights, marketing or growth functions and delivering business impact.
Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
Experience in feminine care / baby care products, health and wellness products and services, or cosmetics/beauty is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and influence across levels and functions.
