We are seeking a
Full-Time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
to join a community-focused outpatient practice in Lancaster, California. This role provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic care
Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Manage patient panels across the lifespan
Coordinate care with specialists and clinical care teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
