Partner/Counsel - General Liability (Fully Remote Option)

Partner/Counsel - General Liability (Fully Remote Option) Senior Counsel or Partner level attorney for Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas:

General Liability, Construction, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, Construction, Toxic Tort//Environmental.

Portable book of business is not required. Option to work fully Remote.

Base Pay Range:

$180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Handle cases from inception to conclusion

Take and defend depositions

Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications

7+ years of litigation experience ideally in General Liability/Insurance Defense

Licensed to practice and in good standing in CA.

Trial and/or trial prep experience
