Position Overview This full‑time Regional Property Supervisor will work for EAH Corporate in Morgan Hill, CA to oversee the South Bay portfolio and new properties as EAH grows in that region. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of multi‑site property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines, and a current California Real Estate Sales license or ability to obtain one within nine months of hire. Must have strong supervisory experience. Salary range: $90,000.00 to $144,000.00 per year; hiring range generally $90,000.00 to $117,000.00 per year, DOE.
Responsibilities
Acts as liaison between site and central office, conducts monthly meetings
Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio
Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments
Maintains desired financial benchmarks; monitors and analyzes monthly financials for each property
Conducts site visits twice monthly to each site, maintains physical assets
Supervises Assistants, Property Managers, Floating Managers, and all other site staff
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; one year of multi‑site property supervision. Some experience in affordable housing (HUD, Tax‑Credit, RHCP, and/or work with a Housing Authority). Experience communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (HUD, TCAC, RHCP), partners, ownership boards, and senior management.
Other Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and DMV clearance
Must have reliable vehicle and maintain own auto insurance per EAH minimum requirements
Must have current Real Estate license
Criminal Background Check Requirements All candidates who receive a conditional job offer must submit to criminal background checks. EAH verifies education and employment history. Discrepancies may delay or affect eligibility. Certain roles may require fingerprinting due to legal requirements. Onsite housing requirement may trigger additional checks for household members over 18.
Drug Testing All candidates who receive a conditional job offer must submit to drug testing within 72 hours of acceptance. EAH does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Successful completion is a requirement of employment.
