Base pay range $72,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
POSITION TITLE : Store Manager
DEPARTMENT : Retail
REPORTS TO : Retail Operations Manager
Position Summary : The Store Manager will manage the Leads and Associates in daily store operations. The purpose is to provide leadership in all processes and operations and be the example of superior customer service. You will be in charge of the location and the team working there, representing BYLT Basics’ mindset and being a true ambassador of the brand.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Guide and manage the daily operational tasks of the store
Inventory Management: track inventory levels, shrink, and communicate needs
Write and manage employee schedules; communicate schedules in a timely manner
Design efficient daily and monthly workflow schedules
Collaborate with other store managers and the Head of Retail to establish defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Retail Department
Disciplinary actions for employees
Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions
Handle all customer escalations
Tend to merchandising tasks via plan‑ogram
Communicate with HQ Leadership
Perform proper receiving and stocking procedures
Oversee and reconcile cash register drawers
Prepare deposits and order change from the bank
Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule
Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous retail and supervisory experience
Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems
Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on‑the‑job training
Set sales goals
Motivate a team
BYLT product knowledge
Fast‑paced energy level
Dependability
