Overview
We’re looking for a hands‑on SDET with strong experience in AI/ML testing. This role focuses on building automated frameworks, validating generative AI and traditional ML models, and implementing safety guardrails to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability. The position requires at least half of your time spent in programming, with a heavy emphasis on automation and testing at scale.
What You’ll Do
Develop automated testing frameworks for AI/ML pipelines, model performance, and knowledge base integrations
Evaluate outputs for bias, hallucinations, accuracy, and drift using leading tools
Implement guardrails, red team/adversarial testing, and safety checks for generative AI models
Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to refine requirements and integrate testing into deployment pipelines
Drive process improvement by automating validation, documenting defects, and influencing quality practices across the SDLC
Contribute to best practices in AI/ML testing, monitoring, and responsible deployment
What We’re Looking For
Experience as an SDET or AI/ML Engineer with a focus on testing and validation
Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Pandas, NumPy)
Background in testing ML models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and generative AI systems
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with tools for explainability and monitoring (e.g., SHAP, LIME, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
Knowledge of data validation, model lifecycle management, and distributed training environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
