Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team and make a real impact on a global scale. As an eDiscovery Project Manager, you will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, clients, vendors, and other firm members to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously. Responsibilities

Collaborate with case teams to evaluate eDiscovery needs and develop comprehensive project plans. Monitor project progress, advise on adjustments, and ensure milestones are met. Identify potential risks and mitigate them. Leverage technology to create efficiencies and cost savings. Maintain project tracker and document all eDiscovery steps. Use RelativityOne to process, analyze, search, batch, thread, review, and produce documents. Provide guidance and training to case teams on eDiscovery software. Analyze incoming data from client and external parties and report on it. Review and edit document review protocols to ensure compliance with Goodwin’s best practices. Monitor document review progress and assess potential quality or cost issues. Assist in creating privilege logs. Serve as primary liaison between case teams and eDiscovery vendors. Work with vendors to obtain eDiscovery project bids and evaluate vendor bids. Lead matter kickoff calls with case teams and vendors and participate in all vendor meetings thereafter. Perform detailed quality control checks on all vendor work, including searches and document productions. Monitor eDiscovery spend versus budget and communicate budget overages to case teams. Timely address project management issues and proactively implement steps to mitigate delays. Assist case teams in evaluating database decommission options and ensure proper decommissioning per Goodwin’s Playbook. Advise on improvements to Goodwin’s eDiscovery Playbook. Maintain knowledge of industry standards, litigation support tools, and updates. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Over 5 years of eDiscovery experience. Prior eDiscovery role in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred. Technical Skills

Thorough understanding of the electronic discovery process. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification required; Relativity Analytics Specialist certification is a plus. Brainspace Analyst Certification required; additional Brainspace certifications are preferred. Familiarity with other eDiscovery applications (Nuix, Reveal, DISCO, etc.) is preferred. Advanced skills in database searching, data analytics, and technology‑assisted review (TAR). Proficiency in Adobe and Excel. Experience

Designing workflows to facilitate ESI review. Processing, searching, threading, reviewing, and producing data in RelativityOne. Managing large cases with document collections, reviews, and productions. Working with eDiscovery vendors on pricing, budgets, and project management. Skills

This position is eligible for overtime: Yes. Target Salary Range: $130,000.00–$150,000.00.
