Description
Oversee all phases of large‑scale commercial projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Lead coordination of MEP systems, ensuring integration with architectural and structural components
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Facilitate client meetings and provide detailed progress reports
Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively
Mentor and guide project teams to achieve operational excellence
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience
in commercial construction, with a strong focus on MEP systems
Proven track record managing large‑scale projects (100k‑500k sq. ft.)
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
