Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Deep and strong experience with Veeva Vault configuration and implementation.
Must have clear understanding of Veeva Vault Architecture.
Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology, releases.
Must have Java or Python experience.
Proficient in grooming requirements in JIRA; can lead architecture, design, and strategies.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues and discrepancies.
Veeva Solution Architect Experience
Deep and strong experience with Veeva Vault configuration and implementation.
Must have clear understanding of Veeva Vault Architecture.
Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology, releases.
Must have Java or Python experience.
Proficient in grooming requirements in JIRA; can lead architecture, design, and strategies.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues and discrepancies.
Veeva Vault Integration Experience
Extensive knowledge of Vault APIs.
First‑hand experience of working with VQL.
Knowledge of Direct Data API, Vault SDK.
Proficient in systems integration patterns, including real‑time, batch, and event‑driven architectures.
Experience of leading Veeva Integration architecture and bringing in best practices for integrating peripheral applications with Veeva.
Familiarity with Integration validation.
Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Knowledge of Life Sciences/CPG domain projects and SDLC documentation for GxP projects.
Preferred Skills
First‑hand experience of working with Veeva Vault Quality.
Experience with Quality Management processes (NC, CAPA, Change, Audit, Complaints etc.) in the Life Sciences/CPG industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Mobilize conversion of business integration requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and risk assessment. Take ownership of end‑to‑end Jira management of user story lifecycle.
Manage the Integration product backlog including tasks, features, and user stories.
Partner with customer to develop and document a standard integration approach working with the architecture, Middleware and project/ program management teams.
Assist Middleware Team to configure Veeva APIs.
Coordinate and facilitate development and validation efforts, ensuring successful data migration.
Creation of documentation as per customer SDLC process and following up on reviews and approvals for the same.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Must be self‑motivated and proactive.
Need to show constant dynamism and be able to manage pressure.
Attention to detail.
The ability to work in a team and individually.
Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines.
Able to work with demanding customer.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
