As a Team Sales Lead, you’ll drive results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting your fellow associates on the floor. You’ll coach new hires, maintain visual standards, handle key operations—returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention—while fostering a positive, enthusiastic environment.
This role is a stepping stone to Store Manager and other leadership positions, with ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
Shift management and staffing
Ensuring customer remains the top priority
Inventory control and selling strategies
Maintaining visual standards; floor moves and merchandising
Organizing, game‑planning and execution
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to lead and communicate clearly and confidently
Detail oriented, enthusiastic attitude, growth mindset, outgoing
Basic use of digital devices and online applications
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
1–2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred
Open availability for 10–20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
Seeking a long‑term position with advancement in store leadership
Physical requirements: stand and walk; talk or hear; hand use; reach; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch; lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Hours Hourly rate: $14.00–$16.00
Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week
