Corporate Finance - Associate (Mid-Level) – Boston
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, offers a full‑time Associate position in the Corporate Finance Practice in Boston. The role provides competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and GT attorneys on debt finance transactions.
Represent lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, private credit facilities, and asset‑based financing.
Draft, review, and revise credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables.
Support deal management, client interaction, and production of high‑quality work product.
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in finance or corporate law.
Substantial experience with debt finance, syndicated credit, acquisition financings, and private credit.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables.
Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.
Strong academic background with superior drafting skills.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.
Compensation & Benefits Expected pay range: $235,000–$390,000 per year.
