What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers, particularly those integrating with TAK servers or other mission systems.
Walk customers step‑by‑step through integration workflows, referencing existing documentation and answering specific questions to confirm feasibility.
Create simple diagrams or architecture sketches that show proposed implementations, integration points, and how Somewear fits into customer workflows.
Talk directly with the prospect’s technical stakeholders to understand what they’re trying to accomplish, then translate that into clear technical recommendations.
Deliver product demonstrations, build demo environments, and run proof‑of‑concept trials to validate real‑world use cases.
Surface customer requirements internally, clarify feasibility with product/engineering, and identify when platform changes or feature enhancements are needed.
Document customer feedback and draft initial proposals for custom development or configuration work.
Support sales and proposal teams with technical responses to RFIs/RFPs/OTAs, including diagrams, capability explanations, and data/security answers.
Maintain and test demo hardware/software prior to exercises, shipments, or customer evaluations.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Communicates complex technical ideas clearly to operators, program offices, and internal technical teams.
Is proactive, organized, and comfortable owning the technical track of multiple deals from presales through early deployment.
Has hands‑on experience with system integration, networking, or communication systems.
Thrives in a fast‑moving environment where customer requirements evolve rapidly.
