About the Job The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics, Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products to support mission objectives. They collaborate with customers to understand specific problem sets and shape Anduril’s offerings to meet mission needs. This role is tied to an ongoing, funded program within Anduril’s Space Business Line, building a resilient, software‑defined, distributed mesh networking layer for critical Space Domain Awareness data. We work with mission partners to deploy reliable capabilities on operationally relevant timelines.
What You’ll Do
Act as project manager / on‑site lead for United States Space Force customers, delivering Anduril’s mesh networking capabilities across multiple locations.
Lead a small engineering team through site standups from initial integration to operational acceptance, interfacing with strategic end‑users throughout the process.
Monitor system connectivity, function, and integration with distributed sensor or C2 sites and partner organizations.
Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback, issues, and errors from fielding, testing, exercises, and normal use.
Provide input to account and engineering teams on features that enhance user workflow efficiency.
Support engagement with other components, commands, and organizations to increase laydown and installation of tactical mesh networking capabilities across U.S. Space Force and partner locations.
Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and focused preparation for exercises and events.
Required Qualifications
Willingness to travel 50%–75%.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with materiel leadership or mission partners within SSC, SpRCO, SDA, MDA, and knowledge of the Space Domain competitive landscape.
Experience working in small, cross‑functional teams, solving complex problems amid ambiguity.
Experience in high‑stress environments.
Self‑starter who takes initiative with little direction.
Strong communication skills internally across the team and externally to multiple stakeholders.
Salary Range $113,000—$149,000 USD (estimate based on a wide range of factors; actual offer may vary).
