Join a nationally recognized litigation team focused on General Liability defense
Consumer protection
Strict liability and negligence
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of complex civil litigation
Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
Develop case strategy and lead trial preparation
Collaborate with senior attorneys and maintain direct client communication
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active New York Bar membership
5-8 years of strong litigation experience
Proven deposition and courtroom skills
Excellent writing and communication abilities
Tech-savvy and highly organized
Billable Requirement: 1,950 hours (includes 50 pro bono)
Bonus Structure: Monthly + Annual (Of Counsel bonuses are especially strong)
