Salary Range: $191,000 - $201,000 per year
Responsibilities
Lead a small team of product owners to improve risk management, advisor experience, employee experience, and efficiency across LPL’s annuity and life insurance supervisory platforms.
Work closely with business and technology leaders across the firm to ensure alignment on vision, strategy, and performance goals.
Develop a deep understanding of the experiences and challenges advisors face during interactions with LPL’s annuity and insurance supervision process.
Leverage knowledge of business models, including M&A strategy, to develop multi-year roadmaps and prioritize product enhancements.
Create and gain alignment on a multi-year vision and strategic product roadmaps, including marketing strategy.
Develop reporting mechanisms, processes, and key performance indicators that communicate progress, risks, and issues to drive continuous learning and achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure results are delivered through repeatable, scalable processes.
Assist the SVP of Product Management in influencing funding decisions to support investments in best-in-class technology solutions for the supervision of annuities and life insurance.
Present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as a recognized product subject matter expert.
Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a closely related field.
Minimum Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Alternate: Master’s degree in the same fields and four (4) years of experience.
Special Skills: Expertise with annuities platform compliance (Blue Sky state laws, BETA Trading Execution Management, AFFIRM order management), analysis of DTCC annuities trading data, reporting with Oracle OBIEE, Excel, XML editor, Visio, PowerPoint, FINRA compliance analysis, Informatica Data Quality, AML and compliance domain data profiling, trading life cycle and risk measurement, annuities and life insurance product analysis.
Pay Range $191,000 - $201,000 per year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
