The Role
Build high-performance building blocks and large-scale pipelines to understand video at internet scale. Work on ambiguous research problems across
computer vision, audio processing, and text processing
domains.
You’ll squeeze performance through clever pre/post-processing, parallelism, pipelining, inference optimization, and fine-tuning. This is research meets production—ship end-to-end systems, not just papers.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
2+ years in computer vision or audio processing
Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow experience
Excellent communication with customers and teams
Clean, maintainable code
Deep passion for video/media tech
End-to-end product mindset (not just model training)
In-person in SF
Bonus:
Open source contributions
Early startup experience
Compensation
Base : $200K-$250K
Equity : Meaningful early-stage package
