Parts Sales Manager – Full Time
AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, store management supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.
As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.
Responsibilities
Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold company safety standards.
Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
Qualifications
Leadership – Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible Schedule – Full‑time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Exceptional Communication – Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Automotive Retail – Previous experience in automotive retail.
Certifications – Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
