Position: Phlebotomist We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. You will also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm; every 3rd Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Location Baltimore, MD

Pay $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient and specimen information logs.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required.

Proven phlebotomy procedures on patients of all age groups (preferred).

At least 1 year of compensated, hands‑on phlebotomy experience in a clinical or laboratory setting (preferred).

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Reliable transportation required.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
