MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Health Brockton, MA | 764 N. Main St

$38–$40 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Day Shift

No weekends, evenings, or on-call

⚕️ About the Role Sevita’s Brockton Adult Day Care is seeking a Bilingual RN (Cape Verdean Creole preferred but not required) to support medically complex adults in a community setting. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, meaningful work, and strong team support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under physician direction

Complete and maintain medical records

Triage and monitor participants

Assist with medications and vital signs

Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

MA RN License

CPR/First Aid

One year of experience with medically complex individuals

Bilingual in Cape Verdean Creole - Preferred
