We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Family Practice to join our healthcare team in New London, NH.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations.
Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient‑centered approach.
