Licensed Project Engineer 3 - Drainage
We are seeking a licensed Project Engineer 3 with expertise in stormwater and drainage design for transportation projects, supporting FDOT and municipal work across Florida.
Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Lakeland, FL or Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Design and analyze stormwater/drainage systems and ditches
Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling (ICPR4, SWMM, HEC‑RAS)
Prepare reports, permits, plans, scour analysis and cost estimates
Conduct field investigations and coordinate with agencies
Qualifications
8+ years in civil/transportation related engineering
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Proficiency in MicroStation, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, ICPR, HEC‑RAS
Advanced knowledge of drainage design, H&H modeling and stormwater management
FDOT/municipal project experience highly preferred
