Position Overview Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP IBP Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the evolving needs of the global landscape.

Define and discover overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.
Serve as a thought leader and key advisor for architecture and design reviews.
Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building.
Shape value‑adding consulting solutions to meet clients' changing needs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
Location: Houston or Richardson, TX. May require travel to project/client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 4 life‑cycle implementation experiences on any module of SAP IBP (Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, S&OP).
If working only on SAP IBP support, minimum 5 years of support experience.
Minimum 11 years of total Supply Chain Management experience.
Earlier experience on any module of SAP APO is an added advantage.
Lead workshops with business to understand requirements and present solutions.
Configure the system or possess expertise to customize the solution.
Work in a team or independently in onsite/offshore models.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of business terminologies/processes.
Awareness of constant changes in the SAP world.
Willingness to travel to client locations for workshops and training sessions.
Possession of SAP certification.
Experience across multiple SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, etc.)
Prior SAP APO experience.
Compensation and Benefits Estimated annual compensation range:
CA/WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN: $114,000 to $167,000
Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
