About the Role Career Puck is looking for a highly detail-oriented, curious, and reliable QA & Product Insights Specialist to help us improve product quality and understand real user behavior. This is a 20‑hour per week, part‑time role ideal for someone who enjoys investigating issues, documenting bugs, and spotting patterns in product usage.

In this role, you’ll review FullStory sessions to identify bugs or friction points, write clear and actionable Linear tickets, support manual QA testing for new features, and collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams. You’ll be key in helping us maintain a delightful, consistent user experience across the platform.

What You’ll Do

Review FullStory sessions to identify bugs, UX issues, and unexpected behavior

Write detailed and structured bug reports in Linear (reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, screenshots, severity, etc.)

Support manual QA testing prior to releases and after hotfixes

Help validate engineering fixes by re‑testing resolved tickets

Proactively surface user patterns or product insights that support product improvements

Join a weekly Zoom sync (15–30 minutes) with Product/CX to review top findings

Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, CX)

What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves

Strong attention to detail—you spot inconsistencies others miss

Experience with VA, QA, bug reporting, or CS/support ticket documentation

Clear written communication

Ability to work U.S. business hours for part of your shift

Reliable internet connection and a professional Zoom presence at least once a week

Comfortable working independently and staying organized

Curious mindset—enjoys digging into user behavior and patterns

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience using FullStory, Linear, or any ticketing system

Background in SaaS, customer success, or product operations

Hours & Schedule

~20 hours per week

Flexible schedule, but must align at least some hours with U.S. working hours

Weekly Zoom check‑in required
