Ensure the hotel’s facilities are top‑notch by performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and address issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions for guests and staff. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues. Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including power outages, plumbing issues, and HVAC malfunctions. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential problems before they arise. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. Handle various tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Take ownership of your role and strive for excellence in every task, big or small. Qualifications

Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort. Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Engaging and welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Excellent communication skills. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout the duration of the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation and Benefits
