Job Description The Floor Tech provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.
Shift Sun – Thurs (6pm–2:30am)

Basic Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
1-2 years of experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Responsibilities
Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
Assist the Building/Account Lead with special projects, including setups, breakdowns, move‑ins/outs.
Flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as per procedures.
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including spot cleaning treatment.
Drive vehicles (if required) to perform cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten‑year work history if available.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
