YOUR MISSION As a Senior Subcontracts Administrator at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the Senior Manager of Supply Chain in procurement of complex subcontracts necessary to deliver flight hardware and supporting services. It will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement/subcontract processes and act as an advocate across the business. Your responsibilities include leading the full subcontract lifecycle, designing processes, and owning material and service requirements through delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full subcontract lifecycle – from source selection and contract proposal to execution phases.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies, long‑range planning, material forecasting oversight, quarterly reviews, metrics and data analytics, and overall program execution.
Serve as a business partner with assigned teams, multitasking across government and commercial contracting and communicating with all levels of internal and external customers.
Examine cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment, services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide strategic advice on contractual rights, obligations, regulations, and policy to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes.
Define subcontracts and supplier requirements for RFPs, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract prices, and support supplier engagement.
Brief program and customer leadership on supply chain status, material constraints, risk mitigation, and opportunity capture.
Manage long‑range planning, AOP responsibility, quarterly reviews, material sales forecasting, material budget/target, and risk & opportunity management.
Oversee financial management (EV, budgets, targets, working capital, proposals) and produce compliant quarterly reports.
Utilize process tools such as Lean Six Sigma with suppliers to drive quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of seven years of supply chain or related experience; alternatively, Bachelor’s degree plus seven years of experience or Master’s degree plus fewer years, or fourteen years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period.
Experience in subcontracts management, contracts management, proposal price/cost analysis, procurement, program management, advanced planning/MRP, and strategic sourcing.
Familiarity with FAR and DFARS.
Experience with export compliance requirements such as ITAR, EAR, TAA, or MLA.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management and/or financial forecasting.
Key contributor experience during pre‑proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiations, and program start‑up phases.

Work location: onsite at Gravity Works facilities in Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA; limited hybrid opportunities may become available.
Work environment: standard office or production factory.
Physical demands: frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.
