Job Summary:
Captures and supports delivery of business and system requirements to accomplish business goals. Understands both business requirements and the basic tenets of the technical solution. Helps effectively translate needs between both sets of stakeholders. Is accountable for the team backlog: story writing, acceptance criteria definition, requirements traceability, decomposition of requirements from complex Epics to user stories, prioritization of user stories, ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready before work begins and meet the Definition of Done before acceptance. Leverages different analysis techniques to assist with creation of Epics and stories, creation of process flow diagrams, context diagrams, use cases, etc. Collaborates with Product Managers to define and prioritize JIRA Epics. Helps remove team impediments, lead/participate in sprint demos and other team ceremonies as needed, participate in Train sync meetings. Is accountable to maximize the value delivered by the team.

Understanding of ATM and Cash/Check deposit processing domain (desired)
Experience & Qualifications
Experience working with scrum and kanban teams in a Scaled Agile environment; defining user (and technical) stories/acceptance criteria and leading backlog refinement conversations.
Experience employing various technical analysis techniques.
Experience working with LOB product managers and System Architects to write Epics and decompose into stories.
Entry Level.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC (hybrid location).
Pay Range $61.00 – $61.00/hr.
