Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter | Transition Consultant based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Recruiter | Transition Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for financial professionals, establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, and provide expert consulting to guide career transitions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing projects, and providing training and support to ensure successful placements. This role requires a consultative approach to match clients with highly qualified financial professionals tailored to their business needs.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Consulting skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of professionals.
Knowledge of Finance and the Financial Services industry, with a focus on investment securities and financial advising.
Project Management experience, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in Training and mentoring individuals to foster professional growth and successful transitions.
Proficiency in relationship building, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work flexibility in Chicago, IL.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
