Medication & Supplies Management: Order and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care.
Individualized Care Delivery: Follow and execute care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
Clinical Precision: Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures accurately and safely.
Thorough Documentation: Record all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations with precision.
HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, families, and the facility.
What We’re Looking For
Licensure: Valid LPN license in New York State.
Experience: Skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required).
Professionalism: Commitment to compassionate, high‑quality care.
