Job Title
Sales Associate – Entry‑level Associate Development Program
Full‑time, remote (must reside near Pittsburgh, PA; Boston, MA; Buffalo, NY; or Washington, DC).
Base Pay Range $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
Understand and perform RRD’s sales steps through training and observation.
Learn and successfully execute the arts of prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
Assist senior sales representatives in everyday functions such as sourcing, securing, and managing business, both new and existing.
Attend internal and external sales meetings.
Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
Build a sales funnel specific to your post‑training assignment.
Continue development through marketing and sales publications to increase industry knowledge.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High motivation to learn and make data‑driven decisions.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
Prior experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) (preferred).
Sales internship or experience selling.
Reliable transportation to client sites within designated territory.
Additional Information The national pay range is $50,000 – $60,000 per year, with variation based on geographic location and individual qualifications. Compensation may also include bonuses, commissions, or incentive programs.
